At Forever Yours Jewellery we do everything we can to deliver products of the best possible quality. Nevertheless, it can always happen that a product is not in order or as desired. If you want to return a product, please keep the following in mind:
Within what period can I return a product?
You can return your order within 14 days.
Where do I return my order to?
Contact us via the form below or via info@forever-yours.nl when you want to return your order. Mention your order number and the products to be returned in this email. You will receive the return address by email. info@forever-yours.nl wanneer je je bestelling wilt retourneren. Vermeld in deze mail je ordernummer en de te retourneren producten. Je zult het retouradres via de mail ontvangen.
Are the return costs reimbursed?
The costs of returning are for your own account.
Can I still return my product if I have worn it?
The item to be returned must be in its original condition and must be returned in its original packaging. When an item shows traces of use, we are forced to deduct an amount from your refund.
When can I expect my refund?
The total of your returned items will be refunded within 14 days. Your shipping costs will not be refunded.
I have received a broken product, what should I do now?
When a product is delivered broken or damaged, always contact us immediately with a photo of the broken item.
