How do I order a product?
Go to the product page of the product you would like. Choose the number of pieces you want to order. Click the Purchase button.

How do I enter a discount code?
If you have a discount code, enter it at Voucher code. Click Apply Coupon and the total will be reduced by the value of the coupon code. If the discount code does not work, check whether you have entered the code correctly and whether this code is still valid.
What are the shipping costs?
When you click on Proceed to Checkout you will have to fill in the billing information. You can also choose the option Send to a different address here. When you have entered your details, the shipping costs for your destination will become visible.
How can I pay?
When you have entered your details and checked them carefully, you can choose the payment method. After this you will be redirected to the payment page.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
After finishing your payment you should receive an order confirmation. If this is not the case, and it is not in your spam folder, please contact us so that we can check whether your order has been placed properly.
